How to Prepare:
Wear comfortable, breathable athletic clothing suitable for quick movements.
Squash-specific shoes are recommended for safety and performance on court, but any non-marking indoor sports shoes will suffice for beginners, as long as they are in good condition. Shoes are available at front desk to loan if you do not have good non-marking indoor sport shoes.
Hydrate well before the session and bring a water bottle to keep yourself refreshed.
What to Bring:
A squash racket if you have one; if not, rackets will be available for loan.
Protective eyewear is required to safeguard against any stray balls. If you do not have them, eye guards will be provided.
A small towel and a change of clothes for after the session, as squash is a high-intensity workout that will likely get you sweating.
